How do I get a quote?
Fill in the "Request a quote" form: choose the business unit, describe your needs and attach any documents (specifications, photos, drawings). We then send you a pro forma invoice, which serves as the quote.
Which equipment can you maintain?
Building electrics, air conditioning, generators, plumbing and sanitary facilities, CCTV, sound systems and gym equipment, for both preventive maintenance and repairs.
What is the business client area?
It is your online area if your company is under contract with DBSS Group: tracked vehicles or equipment, visit schedule, reports, documents (pro forma, invoices, contract) and reported issues, available at any time.
Do I pay on the website?
No, no payment is requested on the website. Once you approve the pro forma, DBSS Group contacts you to agree on payment terms and gives you an invoice and a receipt.
Do you offer car washing at home?
Yes. In addition to washing at the centre, our mobile team comes to your home, office or vehicle yard. Washing is available per visit or by subscription.
How do you guarantee the quality of your services?
Every job follows a written method: signed work and inspection sheets, tracked response times, performance indicators and regular reports to the client. Our teams apply safety rules (PPE, lock-out, work permits) and we analyse every breakdown to prevent it from happening again.
